Four Steps to a Finished Post
- Enter the occasion
- Let AI write the text
- Apply the layout & choose an image
- Enter the occasion: Describe what it's about in one sentence, or start with a file, a link, or a photo.
- Let AI write the text: The AI writes the post copy and hashtags in your brand voice.
- Apply the layout: A template is filled in with your brand colors, font, and logo. You adjust it once in the template editor, instead of correcting every post individually.
- Choose an image: Your own photos or built-in stock photos.
The result: A finished post you can accept, adjust, or discard. Text, image, and layout can all be edited individually.

From a photo: You upload an image, ViralSpoon recognizes the subject and writes the text to match. From a PDF: A menu, class schedule, or price sheet becomes a post without you typing anything out. From a link: A product or event page is enough as a starting point. From a blog post: A long article is summarized down to the essentials, not just cut off. Post creation covers the formats small businesses need in day-to-day use:
- Post – single image with text, ideally in 1:1 format.
- Story – generated from an image upload, portrait 9:16.
- Carousel – multiple slides in one post, via the carousel generator.
- Text slides – graphically designed carousels where the text is the image. Learn more on the text slides page.
- Offer and promo posts – posts about prices, promotions, and dates.
Posts are published on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn company pages, and WhatsApp. Instagram requires a business profile linked to a Facebook page through the Meta Business Portfolio.

No reels from the system: ViralSpoon doesn't currently create its own videos or reels. You can, however, schedule and publish videos you already have. Video creation is in development. No music: Posts can't be set to music through ViralSpoon. Portrait only for reels and stories: Meta's interface accepts only 9:16 for these. Keep images and video separate: If a post contains both, it may show up on Facebook but not on Instagram. You check the content yourself: You should review details like prices, dates, or legally regulated topics before approving a post.
