Channels for automatic publishing

Instagram business profile: automatic publishing only works with one. Private profiles can't technically be connected. Linked to a Facebook page: both accounts need to be connected through the Meta Business Portfolio. A requirement from Meta: this restriction comes from Meta, not from ViralSpoon. Quick to switch: you switch to a business profile directly in Instagram's settings. Your posts and followers stay intact.

Set up once, use permanently: you connect your channels once, and they're then ready for all future publishing. Facebook: you connect the company page, not your personal profile. You need administrator rights for the page. Instagram: through your business profile with the linked Facebook page. LinkedIn: through the company page. Personal profiles aren't currently supported. WhatsApp: through your business's WhatsApp Business account.

One post, every channel: you publish a post to multiple channels at once, without recreating it for each network. The right format: 1:1 for standard posts, 9:16 for stories and reels. Stick to one media type: mixing images and video in one post can result in it appearing on one channel and not another. Results per channel: in the stats, you see impressions, likes, and comments for each channel separately.

At the best time, not whenever you're free: ViralSpoon determines favorable times for each channel and publishes then, not whenever you happen to have time. Adjustable at any time: the time is set in the content calendar, and you can adjust it individually for every post. For multiple accounts: Agency Mode uses the same logic as Smart Scheduling, plus Anti-Duplicated Content, so centrally created posts look individual per location.

Every post visible in advance: you can view and adjust any scheduled post before it publishes. Everything editable: text, image, date, and channels can each be edited individually. Turn off the automation: if you want to control everything yourself, you can deactivate automation. Then ViralSpoon only publishes what you've approved in advance.
