As soon as more than one person works on the accounts, content goes through an internal approval step: created by one person, approved by another, with a clear overview of who did what and when. This applies across all three paths as soon as a team is involved.
The second approval is external. With Studio and Agency, the partner or client can see and approve the post themselves before it goes live, if that’s wanted. Owned locations don’t need this, since no one outside your own organization has to sign off.
What ViralSpoon isn’t: a project management tool. Briefings, tasks, and billing stay wherever they already live. Approval applies to the individual post, not the mandate.
